Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds due to customer dissatisfaction and we do not offer product exchanges. Presently Live Naturally Co. LLC only ships within the United States. Please note that our company does not ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders ship within 1-3 business days.
DAMAGE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product is broken or damaged, we require that you notify us within 24 hours with a detailed message and pictures of broken items to livenaturallyco@gmail.com. We will be happy to replace or refund your damaged items immediately
